This Refund Policy defines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
2. Free Demo Policy
- We offer a free demo session before enrollment
- By purchasing a course, you confirm satisfaction with the demo and teaching approach
3. Refund Eligibility (3-Month Window)
- Refund requests are only accepted within the first 3 months (90 days) from the date of enrollment
- Requests made after 3 months will not be considered under any circumstances
Refunds within this period may be granted only if:
- The student is not satisfied with the teaching quality
- Genuine issues in service delivery from our side
- Medical or unavoidable circumstances (subject to review)
4. Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be prorated based on the number of classes already conducted
- Administrative and operational charges may be deducted
- A minimum deduction (e.g., 20–30%) may apply
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 3-month period
- Irregular attendance or missed sessions
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Lack of student interest or effort
- Delay caused due to incomplete information from the user
6. Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation within the first 3 months
- After cancellation approval, remaining classes will be discontinued
- No cancellations are allowed after 3 months

- Our programs run up to 48 weeks and require consistent participation
- Results depend on student engagement and effort
- We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes
